摘　　要：本文分析了廉租住房退出的现状和问题,并联系分析发达国家和地区的实践和经验,从建立信息共享机制、完善法律体系、设置引力机制等方面提出了优化廉租住房退出机制的对策建议。From the perspective of Hangzhou, the paper analyzes the present situation and issues of low-rent housing exit. Taking into account the practices and experiences of developed countries and regions, it further proposes recommendations and counter- measures for optimizing low-rent housing exit mechanism from the aspects of establishing information sharing mechanism, improving the legal system and setting up attraction mechanism etc.
