金刚石复合片微观组织结构的研究

摘　　要：采用SEM、EDX和XRD分析手段对一种高温高压合成的金刚石复合片(PDC)进行抛光面和纵切断口的显微形貌、元素能谱成分及物相组成分析研究。结果表明:①在抛光面上:金刚石颗粒连接紧密,黏结剂Co分布均匀呈断续的"网格"结构,其质量分数稍低于纵切断口面。②在纵切断口面上:结合界面处结合紧密,实质是Dia-Co-WC三相的结合;断口有解理断裂迹象,金刚石层有D-D键和D-M-D键连接;在2 mm厚的硬质合金基体内,沿轴向靠近结合界面,Co质量分数逐渐降低,相对下降约12%;在2 mm厚金刚石层内,沿径向由边缘到中心,Co质量分数逐渐降低,相对下降约25.6%。③金刚石层中物相由金刚石相(fcc)、CoCx相(fcc)、WC相、β-Co相及少量α-Ti相(hcp)、石墨相(hcp)组成。The micro-morphology,element of spectrum components and phase composition on polished surface and longitudinal-section fracture surface of one kind of polycrystalline diamond composite（PDC） were analyzed by means of scanning electron microscopy（SEM）,energy dispersive X-ray detector（EDX）,and X-Ray diffraction（XRD）.It was indicated that on the polished surface,diamond growth-connection was obvious,the binding phase was equidistributed in a form of discontinuous grid,where the cobalt content was less than longitudinal-section surface.While on the longitudinal-section fracture surface,it was actually D-Co-WC bond connection;the fracture surface showed signs of cleavage fracture and there were D-D bond and D-M-D bond in diamond layer;and the cobalt content decreased by about 12% near the bonding interface in the 2.0 mm thick layer of cemented carbide substrate,and also it decreased by 25.6% in the 2.0 mm thick layer of polycrystalline diamond from the edge to the center.There were diamond（fcc）,CoCx（fcc）,WC（fcc）,α-Ti（hcp）,β-Co and traces of graphite（hcp） in diamond layer.
