摘 要:目的:通过扫描电镜观察维药没食子对牙釉质表面脱矿的抑制与促进再矿化的作用,探讨没食子在矿化方面的防龋作用机制。方法:应用离体牛切牙制备人工釉质龋标本120例,随机分为2组,脱矿组和再矿化组,每组再分为3小组:NaF组(阳性对照)、没食子组和去离子水组(阴性对照),进行体外脱矿和再矿化实验后,扫描电镜下观察各组药物的实验结果。结果:脱矿后三组都可见牙釉质表面不平整,而氟化钠和没食子都可见牙釉质面上颗粒的再附着,去离子水未见颗粒附着。再矿化后三组牙釉质表面都有不同程度的形态恢复,NaF组和没食子组的釉质表面变的比矿化前更加规则、均匀的外观,有许多圆形或椭圆形的晶体颗粒沉积,密集、紧奏,略显隆起,但没食子作用后外观显得不如氟化物组那样规则、均匀。而去离子水组仍可见釉柱中心发生脱矿所形成的凹坑。结论:没食子可能与牙体表面发生化学反应,对矿化具有积极作用,从而达到防龋作用。Objective: To evaluate the effect of Aleppo gall on the mineralisation of initial enamel carious lesions by scanning electron microscope(SEM)in vitro.Methods:120 extracted bovine anterior teeth were prepared and randomly divided into two treatment groups-deminerlization and remineralization group.And each group were divided into three small groups and treated with fluoride,Aleppo gall and deionized water,respectively.After deminerlization and remineralization experiments,the enamel specimens were observed by SEM.Results:In the demineralization experiment,SEM showed that there were sediments formed on the surface of the enamel in fluoride groups and Aleppo gall groups.but not in deionized water groups.In the remineralization experiment,The surface of enamel in the three groups were recovered in different extent.we can find sediments on the surface of enamel in Fluoride group and deionized water group,but not find in deionized water group.we remain found some small caves on enamel surface in deionized water group.Conclusion:there might be chemical reaction happen on the surface of enamel in the Aleppo gall group.the production of the reaction obviously to promote the mineralization process,so it might be a promising source of non-fluoride anti-caries agents.
