肥胖与结合珠蛋白及脂联素相关性研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨肥胖及正常人群中血清结合珠蛋白与脂联素之间的关系。方法:以酶联免疫法检测超重者、肥胖者和正常对照组各30例患者的结合珠蛋白水平,同时测定腰围、身高、体质量、脂联素等临床指标。结果:结合珠蛋白与脂联素呈负相关(r=-0.34,P<0.001);结合珠蛋白与体质量指数、腰围的相关性较脂联素明显。结论:结合珠蛋白与脂联素可能共同参与了肥胖的发病。Objective：To investigate the relationship between haptoglobin and adiponectin in obese and healthy adults.Methods：We studied 90 adults including 30 obese,30 overweight,and 30 normal body mass index served as controls.The level of fasting serum Adiponectin,BMI,WC were uieasured.Results：There was a negative correlation between haptoglobin and adiponectin（r=-0.34,P0.001）. The correlation between haptoglobin and BMI,WC is higher than the correlation with adiponectin.Conclusion：Haptoglobin and adiponectin play role in the mobidity of obesity.
