摘　　要：目的:探讨多层螺旋CT重建技术在膝关节骨折患者中的诊断价值。方法:选取我院收治的24例膝关节骨折患者、对其采用多层螺旋CT扫描技术进行扫描检查所得到的影像资料,进行重建技术重新处理,并与普通X射线检查结果相比较。结果:24例膝关节骨折患者的螺旋CT扫描三维重建技术处理后,均可清晰看见患者骨折线的位置、范围和骨块的移位与关节面(?)陷的程度和面积等。结论:通过多层螺旋CT重建技术的应用,可以较为清晰的全方位显示胺关节骨折的相关信息,还能显示出关节面塌陷的程度和面积,为患者治疗方案的制定及实施具有较大的临床指导价值。Objective：To evaluate spiral CT reconstruction in fractures of the knee in the diagnosis of patients.Methods：24 patients admitted to our hospital in patients with knee fractures,its use of multi-slice CT scanning technology to scan the resulting image data,the reconstruction re-treatment,and with ordinary X-ray results were compared.Results：24 patients with knee fractures in patients with three-dimensional reconstruction of spiral CT scans after treatment,patients can clearly see the,fracture line location,extent and displacement of bone and articular,surface collapse of the extent and area and so on.Conclusions：Spiral CT reconstruction technology, you can more clearly display the full range of knee fracture believe that information,but also shows the extent of collapse of the articular surface and the area of patient treatment program development and implementation of a large clinical guidance value.
