摘　　要：目的:研究锁骨钩钢板治疗锁骨远端骨折疗效。方法:15名锁骨远端骨折患者采取锁骨钩钢板手术治疗,15名患者平均年龄38岁(男:女9:6),平均随仿时间4.7个月。结果:所有患者获得临床及X线骨性愈合,Constant-Murley评分12优秀3名良好,平均评分93.4(69-100),VAS评分1.2(0-3)。结论:锁骨远端骨折使用钩钢板固定疗效显著,主要优点骨折解剖复位、早期功能练习、患肢功能恢复良好。Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of the clavicle hook plate in the man agenient of distal clavicle fracture（ NeerⅡ）.Methods：i5 cases of the distal clavicular fracture are treated with clavicle hook plate.Fifteen patients（M：F;9：6） with a mean age oi 38 years（range 30—52years） were recruited for the study,and the mean follow-up period was 4.7months.Results：All the patients achieved clinical and radiological union.Twelve excellent and three good Constant-Murley scores were noted.Mean constant score was 93.4（range 69-100）.Mean VAS score was 1.2（range 0-3）.Conclusion：The clinical result of fracture fixation of lateral end clavicle using hook plate appeared good in terms of fracture union and function.The principal advantages of this method were anatomical reduction of the fracture and early rehabilitation which lead to good shoulder girdle function.
