摘  要:目的:研究神经节苷脂对脂水肿大鼠水通道蛋白4表达的影响。方法:通过建立大鼠重度颅脑损伤模型,随机分成正常组、模型组和神经节苷脂治疗组。考察大鼠伤后不同时间点,神经节苷脂对脑含水量和脑组织AQP4 mRNA表达水平的影响。结果:模型组和治疗组大鼠脑组织含水量在造模4h后逐步上升,治疗组在24h到达峰值后下降,72h大鼠脑组织含水量值与正常组接近,而模型组大鼠脑组织含水量一直升高,72h含水量高达80%。两组大鼠造模1h后AQP4 mRNA表达水平开始上调,逐步增加,治疗组在12h达峰,尔后表达持续回落,72h与正常组表达水平接近;模型组在24h达峰,然后表达维持在高位,明显高于治疗组组<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂能抑制脑水肿引发的AQP4表达上调,减轻脑水肿形成。Objective:To study the ganglioside of brain edema in rats aquaporin 4 expression.Methods:The rat model of severe brain injury were randomly divided into normal group.model group arid ganglioside treatment group.Study in rats at different time points after injury.ganglioside on brain water content and brain levels of AQP4 mRNA expression.Results:The model group and the treatment group in modeling the brain water content gradually increased after 4h,the treatment group decreased after the peak reached in 24h,72h values of brain water content close to the normal group.while the model rats with brain tissue water has increased,72h 80% moisture coutent.Rats in both groups after 1b,the expression of AQP4 mRNA level began to rise.a gradual increase in the 12h treatment group.peak.and later expression continued to drop,72h and the expression levels close to normal group:model group.the peak at 24h.and then to maintain the expression of at a high level.significantly higher than the treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion:Gangliosides can inhibit the expression of brain edema caused by increased AQP4,and cerebral edema formation.
