183 Cases of Cesarean Section Perioperative Nursing

摘　　要：目的:对183例行剖宫产术产妇其围手术期的护理进行总结分析。方法:回顾我院2007年10月～2010年11月,我科收治的183例行剖宫产术的产妇临床资料,对全部产妇产前心理护理与术后护理以及出院指导进行总结。结果:全部产妇手术均能够顺利完成,并且无麻醉意外以及护理并发症的发生,其新生儿在出生之后1分钟的Apgar评分为,4倒0～3分,13例4～7分,165例8～10分。在麻醉医师与护理人员的及时处理下,全部新生儿在5分钟后的Apgar评分都大于8分,其母乳喂养率也达到了100%。结论:对行剖宫产产妇耐心进行产前的心理护理,细致的做好术后护理,并予以详尽的出院指导,能够消除产妇紧张心理,使其积极配合手术,以保证手术顺利完成,母婴健康出院。Objective：183 routine cesarean section for maternal their perioperative care were analyzed.Methods：Looking back at my hospital in October 2007 -2010 11 months,our department treated 183 routine cesarean section maternal clinical data on all maternal prenatal care and postoperative care,and psychological guidance discharge summary.Results：All mothers were able to successfully complete the surgery,and no anesthesia,and care of complications,their newborns after birth Apgar scores of 1 minute,4 cases of 0-3,13 4-7 points,165 cases 8—10.Anesthesiologists and nursing staff in the timely processing of cases,all newborns in the Apgar score after 5 minutes is greater than 8 points,the breastfeeding rate was 100%.Conclusion：Cesarean section on maternal mental patient for prenatal care,and meticulous postoperative care to do,and be detailed discharge guidance,to eliminate maternal anxiety,to actively cooperate with the surgery,in order to ensure successful completion of surgery,maternal and child health discharged.
