摘　　要：目的　探讨布 -加综合征 (BCS)介入治疗前后特征性异常血管形态及血流动力学变化。方法　对 186例BCS分别于治疗前及治疗后一周进行彩色多普勒检测。结果　 186例BCS中 ,下腔静脉狭窄或阻塞者 ,远端下腔静脉扩张 ;肝静脉狭窄或阻塞者 ,其血流通过肝内侧支至未闭的肝静脉 ,或通过副肝静脉流入下腔静脉。治疗后可见血流通过开通的肝静脉及下腔静脉 ,内支架形状清晰可见。结论　彩色多普勒检查可准确观察BCS特异性变化 ,为其诊断及随访的主要手段。Objective To investigate the characteristic patterns of abnormal vessels and hemdynamics of patients with Budd\|chiari sydrome(BCS) before and after interventional therapy. Methods 186 cases with BCS were examined with color Doppler ultrasound before treatment and one week after treatment respectively. Results Of 186 cases determined,in patients with occluded or stenosis the inferior vena cava (IVC),distance part of it was enlarging. The blood was shunted to non\|occulded hepatic veins through intrahepatic collaterals or to IVC through accessory hepatic vein. After treatment,the blood was flow through recanalizated and dilaled hepatic veins or IVC. The size and shape of stents were observed clearly. Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound was chief diagnosis and follow\|up method,characteristic vessels and hemodynamics in patients with BCS were observed clearly and accurately by it. [
