超声子宫输卵管造影术临床价值的研究

摘　　要：目的　研究超声子宫输卵管造影术的临床价值。方法　本研究收集不孕病人 5 0例 ,17例与X线子宫输卵管造影结果比较 ,13例与腹腔镜或手术中输卵管通液术结果比较。结果　超声输卵管造影术与X -HSG结果符合率 82 4 % ,与手术结果符合率 80 8%。结论　超声子宫输卵管造影术是一种切实可行的输卵管功能评价方法 ,国产新型超声造影剂具有清晰显示宫腔及输卵管的功能 ,为超声提供强回声的显影方法。Objective To assess the value of clinical application of hysterosalpingography by ultrasound.Methods This paper presents 50 sterile cases, In 17 cases,the results of X\|ray hysterosalpingography were juxtapose,in 13 cases of whom the results were contrasted with those of laparoscopy or operation.Results The results of ultrasonographic hysterosalpingography were found to coinside with those of X\|HSG by 82.4% and with those of laparoscopy by 80.0%.Conclusion Ultrasonographic hysterosalpingography has been proved to be a practical method in evaluating the function of the oviduct.Meanwhile,the liquid for ultrasonographic hysterosalpingography has been proved to be effective in producing clear images.
