消痞灵对实验性CAG大鼠胃粘膜组织细胞DNA含量和细胞动力学的影响

摘　　要：目的 :观察消痞灵对慢性萎缩性胃炎 (CAG)大鼠胃粘膜组织细胞 DNA含量和细胞动力学的影响。方法 :将大鼠随机分 5组 ,采用乙醇和脱氧胆酸钠复合造模法。留取胃粘膜组织块 ,流式细胞仪检测 DI及 PI,并分析细胞周期变化情况。结果 :消痞灵大、小剂量组 DI值与模型组有显著差异 ;模型组 G0 /1期细胞比率明显低于正常组和消痞灵组 ,而 S组和 G2 /M期细胞比率明显高于正常组和消痞灵组 ;模型组 PI值明显高于消痞灵组。结论 :消痞灵对Objective:To observe the Xiaopiling Granules influence upon the cell DNA content of gastric mucosa in the rats CAG chranic atrophic gastritis and its cell dynamics.Methods:The Wistar rats were randomly divided into 5 groups.The CAG model was made by using the alcohol method and deoxycholic acid.The gastric mucosa was taken by the experiment.DI and PI was tested by FACS and the period changes of cell was analysed.Results:There were the distinct difference in the DI and PI between the large dose Xiaopiling group and the small dose Xiaopiling group.G 0/l cell ratio of model group was lower than the ratio of normal group and Xiaopiling groups,but S and G 2/M cell ratio was larger than the ratio of normal group and Xiaopiling groups.Normal groups PI was larger than Xiaopiling groups.Conclusion:Xiaopiling Granule had distinct control function of the active proliferation of the gastric mucosa of rats CAG .
