摘 要:对呼伦贝尔草甸草原羊草群落重度退化围封草地进行不同深度切根改良研究。结果表明,不同切根深度对植物群落数量特征的影响不同,切根深度4cm时,群落总盖度和群落密度提高,切根深度7cm时群落高度提高;切根7cm现存量提高;切根羊草种群的相对生物量显著提高(P<0.05)。切根显著减少了物种数,4cm的物种数最少,显著降低了物种丰富度指数、多样性指数和均匀度指数。切根可以促进羊草复壮与自我繁殖,使羊草的个体数量增加、盖度提高,群落物种逐渐减少,使优势种变得更加突出。Cutting roots improvement on heavily degraded enclosure pasture of Leymus chinensis community in Hulunber meadow steppe was studied.The result showed that plant cutting root depth has different influence on community characteristics.the total community coverage and community density were improved when the root depth of cutting was 4cm;the community height and standing crop were improved when the root depth of cutting was 7cm;Cutting root significantly increased the relative biomass of Leymus chinensis populations,and significantly reduced the number of species,species richness,diversity index and evenness index.The number of species was at least when the root depth of cutting was 4cm;Cutting root restored the regenerative capacity of Leymus chinensis,increased the number of individuals,improved coverage,reduced species,so that the dominant species have become more prominent.
