摘  要:紫穗槐(Amorpha fruticosa L.)是广泛分布于我国平原地区、具有较强抗逆性和较高应用价值的落叶灌木。本文对2009年于内蒙古巴彦淖尔市临河区(即河套平原)采集的紫穗槐根瘤菌株进行了耐盐性、耐酸碱性、生长温度范围和抗生素的抗性初步研究。结果表明:供试菌种可以在7%NaCl的YMA培养基缓慢生长;在pH5~12的范围内能够生长;在60℃下处理10min后,仍有活性;菌株对不同的抗生素表现出不同的抗性。本实验证明了紫穗槐根瘤菌有较强的抗盐碱性和抗高温的能力。Amorpha fruticosa L.which belongs to fallen-leaf species is widely distributed in the plain of our country,it has strong resistance and high application value.Several biochemical characteristics were determined,including resistance to salt,acid-alkali,temperature variation and intrinsic antibiotics to the strain of rhizobia isolated from Amorpha fruitcosa L.in bayannor of inner Mongolia in 2009.The results indicated that mold the strain supplied could tolerate NaCl stress at 3 % concentration,it could grow at a range of Ph from 5-12,it could survive when it is put in the Environment of 60 degrees below zero for ten minutes,The strain displays the different resistance to the different antibiotic.It has been proved from the experiment that Amorpha fruticosa L.nodule strain has the ability of anti-high anti-salt alkaloid and anti-high temperature.
