摘　　要：本文基于人工鱼群算法针对多投资项目资金分配问题进行建模分析,其项目需求资金的紧迫性由模糊综合评价方法求得,并且对此问题进行了编程实现。仿真实验结果表明,该算法对求解此类问题非常有效。In the paper,a model based on Artificial Fish-Swarm Algorithm（AFSA） is established for analyzing the problem of the allocation of funds for multi-portfolio investment projects.The urgency of demanding funds for projects is obtained by making use of the method of Fuzzy Synthetic Evaluation.Meanwhile,it＇s programmed to the issue.The simulation results show that this algorithm is very effective to solve the problem.
