摘　　要：目的探讨小斜角肌的解剖学结构。方法用30例60侧成人颈胸部经福尔马林浸泡的湿标进行解剖和观察。结果小斜角肌肌纤维起自C7横突与第一肋内侧缘之间,止于斜角肌结节外侧后方,并且附着于胸膜顶,受C8脊神经的前支支配。结论小斜角肌肌纤维来源于中斜角肌。Objective To investigate the anatomical structure of scalene minimus muscles.Methods We selected the 30 specimens（60 sides） of adult cervical and middle-upper segments soaked with formalin,and measured the scalene minimus muscles.Results Scalene minimus muscle fibers originate from the point between the C7 transverse process and the internal edge of the 1st rib,end in dorsolateral side of Lisfranc＇s tubercle,attach to the pleural cupula,and are innervated by anterior branch of spine nerves.Conclusion Scalene minimus muscle fibers stem from middle scalene muscles.
