摘　　要：胃石症是我国北方地区秋冬季节一种常见的疾病,随着内镜技术及治疗器械的快速发展,大多数胃石的治疗,均可用内镜治疗。护理方式也随治疗方式的不同而发生相应的变化。本文结合临床案例,详细介绍护理体会,提出:内镜下碎石时护士的熟练配合及针对性的术后护理是手术成功、患者康复的重要因素。Gastrolithiasis is a common disease during autumn and winter in northern China.With the rapid development of endoscopic technique and treatment of the equipment,most gastrolith can be cured by endoscopic therapy.Nursing care changes with different treatment of the new operation.In this paper,the nursing experience for Gastrolithiasis was introduced in detail,following treatment by hammer combined with sodium bicarbonate.We make sure that the skilled nurses and targeted postoperative care in endoscopic lithotripsy is an important factor for successful operation and patient rehabilitation.
