摘　　要：该文通过对内蒙古自治区高等院校师资队伍的调研,透过高职高专院校师资队伍现状,分析高职高专院校师资队伍建设中存在的问题,探讨高职高专院校师资队伍建设的对策。By the research on the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region higher college teaching staff and its current situation,this article analyzes the existing problems about construction of teaching staff in Higher Vocational College,and discusses its countermeasure.
