摘　　要：为全面衡量供应链效用,以寻求供应链决策的量化方法,本文根据供应链的运营特点,建立了一个以顾客满意度为最终目标的多指标集成决策模型,通过利润、提前期、及时供货、存货成本和质量五个指标对供应链的效用进行综合评价。在选择不同的供应链策略时,采用分层决策的方法,关注到供应链中每个环节各个潜在合作伙伴所发挥的效用。本文还将三种不同运营战略(订单驱动型、库存驱动型、库存导向型)对供应链效用的影响体现在决策模型中,使模型具有更广泛的适应性。实证研究表明,供应链每个环节的五个指标都对其整体效用有较大影响,模型能够为供应链决策提供较科学的理论支持。In order to assess the effectiveness of the supply chain fully,to seek a quantitative methods of supply chain decision-making,this article,based on the features of the supply chain operations,established a decision-making model for multi-target integration,whose ultimate goal is customer satisfaction.Then,through profits,lead time,timely supply,inventory cost and five indicators of quality,we gave a comprehensive evaluation of the effectiveness of the supply chain.At the choosing of different supply chain strategy,we adopted the method of hierarchical decision,concern could be focused on the effectiveness of all the potential partners at every aspect of supply chain.This article used three different strategies（order-driven,stock-driven,stock-oriented） and the effectiveness to the supply chain of them were reflected in the decision-making model,which made the model has a wider range of adaptability.Empirical studies show that the five indicators in each link of the supply chain have significant impact on its overall effectiveness,and the model can supply a scientific and theoretical support for chain decision-making.
