摘 要:日本高速增长时期的公共住房政策适应城市化快速发展的需要,以住房金融公库、公营住房、公团住房、公社住房为主要基础,建立了一个面向中等收入、低收入群体的多方位的住房建设与供应保障体系,满足了日本国民的居住需求。其公平优先的原则以及自建、购买、租用相结合的住房供应体系对我国今后的住房政策改革具有借鉴意义。The Japanese public housing policy during the period of rapid growth has adapted to the need of the fast development of urbanization. It bases on the housing finance corporation, public housing, corporation housing and community hous- ing and has established a housing construction and security of supply system which for the middle income and low-income. This system has satisfied the national living demand of Japan. The principal of fairness is preferential and the housing supply system which combine self construction, purchase with rental has referable significance to the reform of our housing policy in the future.
