珍牡胶囊与霜叶红联用对老年男性骨质疏松患者骨代谢指标的影响  

Influence of Zhenmu Capsule and Alfacalicdot Tablet on BoneMetabolism Parameters in Aged Males

摘　　要：采用放射免疫分析法观察95例老年男性骨质疏松患者应用珍牡胶囊和霜叶红治疗前后骨代谢指标的含量变化。结果显示 ,与30例正常人比较 ,患有不同程度骨质疏松的老年男性组血清25 -OH -D水平明显降低(t=7.72;P<0.01) ,服药后明显高于服药前(t=6.64;P<0.01)。PTH含量在服药前高于对照组(t=9.55;P<0.01)。服药后PHT含量明显下降 ,与服药前比较差异显著(t=6.87;P<0.01)。服药前骨密度测定值0.601±0.036 ,下降百分率为27.6±5.1 ,服药后测定值0.678±0.045下降百分率为25.0±3.6。提示老年男性骨质疏松的发生与25 -OH -D减少、PTH -M增加有关。珍牡胶囊与霜叶红联用能有效地防治骨量丢失和老年骨质疏松症。Bone metabolism parameters were determined with RIA in 95 aged males before and after treatment with Zhenmu capsule and Alfacalcidot tablet. The results showed that compared with those in 30 healthy controls, serum 25-OH-D levels were significantly lower in aged males with different degrees of bone mass loss and osteoporosis (t=9.27,P<0.01). The levels increased dramatically after drug administration (t=5.71,P<0.01). PTH Levels Were significantly higher than those in the controls before treatment (t=7.95, P<0.01). After treatmont, the levels were significantly lower than those before (t=6.29,P<0.01). Bone mineral density was 0.601±0.036 before (27.6±5.1% below normal), while after treatment the two values were 0.678±0.045 and25.0±3.6% respectively. The study indicated that the occurence of osteoparosis in aged males were accompanied with declease of 25-)H-D and increase of PTH levels. Combined treatment with Zhenmu capsule and Alfacalcidot tablet could effectively reverse the condition.
