摘 要:分析轴向磁场调制型磁力齿轮运行机理,提出轴向磁场调制型磁力齿轮定子与转子关键部件的设计方法,从理论上阐述了定子厚度对磁力齿轮运行性能的影响;定子铁心硅钢片采取径向叠压方式可以最大程度地抑制定子铁耗;永磁体采取分块结构,可大幅降低磁钢涡流损耗。运用三维有限元仿真分析方法验证设计方法的合理性和可行性。样机试验进一步验证了仿真方法的正确性。Operation mechanism of axial-field modulated magnetic gear was analyzed. Design methods of its stator and rotor were introduced. Effects of the stator thickness on the performance of the magnetic gear were exposed theoretically. Due to the radial lamination of the stator core, the stator core loss was minimized. The eddy-current loss in permanent magnets was significantly reduced by blocking structure of the permanent magnets. The rationality and feasibility of the design method was verified by using three-dimensional finite element simulation. The simulated results agree well with the test results of the prototype machine.
