千兆POF收发器设计中的信号完整性分析

摘　　要：该文分析了650nm千兆塑料光纤收发器的电路设计原理,以及PCB设计中会出现的信号完整性问题。借助Cadence PCB SI仿真软件对650nm千兆POF收发器进行PCB设计中的信号完整性分析,对仿真结果进行分析,给出了阻抗失配及避免串扰的解决方案,对PCB的设计起到很好的指导作用。This paper analyzes the circuit design principles of 650nm Gigabit plastic optical fiber transceiver, and signal integrity problems in the design process. Use Cadence PCB SI simulation software to analyze the signal integrity of 65Ohm Gigabit POF transceiver in the PCB designation, analyze the simulation results atrial provide the solutions of av0iding＇the impedance mismatch and crosstalk, it will be a very good guidt for PCB design.
