摘　　要：提出了一种综合Google Earth、3G网络、GPS的危险品运输车辆的监控信息可视化方法。该方法讨论了GPS设备及其NMEA通信协议,设计了监控数据的3G传送方式及有效经纬度的提取程序,实现了结合Google Earth的卫星实景地图对监控信息进行可视化的具体流程。经过测试表明,该方法能较好地满足对危险品运输车辆的监控需求。This paper Synthesizes Google Earth, 3G network and GPS techniques and puts forward a method for the visualization of monitoring information of dangerous-goods-transport vehicles. Three kinds of work have been done in the method;discus,the GPS device and the NMEA communication protocol; design the way of transferring monitoring data by 3G and extracting effective laiitude and longitude; realize the visualization of monitoring information combined satellite imaging map of Google Earth. Tests show that this method satisfies the demand of monitoring dangerous-goods-transport vehicles well.
