摘 要:目的:研究狗的^(99m)Tc-NOET心肌显像特征。材料与方法:正常狗3只、心肌缺血和梗塞狗各一只,进行^(99m)Tc-NOET系列SPECT显像,与^(201)Tl显像及组织学结果比较。结果:15分钟狗心肌即可清晰显示。但下壁心肌影像受肝影影响,且随时间递增而明显。^(99m)Tc-NOET有再分布特征,再分布的存在是心肌存活的指征。心肌对^(99m)Tc-NOET摄取量可以反映心肌的数量。结论:^(99m)Tc-NOET能适合进行心肌显像研究,如能减少肝脏的放射性摄取,有望推广于临床应用研究。Purpose: To study the characteristics of 99mTc-NOET myoeardial imaging in dogs. Material and Methods: Serial 99mTc-NOET imaging was performed in three normal dogs, one myoeardial ischemie dog and one myoeardial infarcted dog The results were compared with those of 201Tl and histological examination. Results: Myoeardial images were clearly visualized in 15 minutes, but inferior myoeardial segments were affected by liver imaging, which was more obviously with time continuing. 99mTc-NOET had redistribution feature, which was a realiable sign of viable myocardium. The amount of radioactivity uptake could reflect the amount myoeardial cells. (Conclusion: 99mTc-NOET is suitable to study myoeardial perfusion imaging, It could have a wider clinical application if the radioactivity uptake of the liver could be reduced.
