摘 要:矿井提升机是矿山生产的关键设备,传统提升机转子串电阻调速系统存在着控制方式复杂、调速性能差、效率低等问题。阐述了变频调速控制原理,对一矿井提升机电控系统进行变频改造,使整个系统具有调速平滑、智能显示、检修方便等优点。实践证明提升机电控系统采用变频改造后节能效果明显,具有很高的应用价值。The mine hoist is the key equipments of mine production.There are many problems in traditional speed controlling system by using rotor—ring resistance,such as the complex controlling way,poor speed controlling property,low efficiency and etc.The controlling principle of variable-frequency regulating speed was elaborated.The frequency conversion transformation was given to a mine hoist electric controlled system.After transformation the system has the merits,smooth speed modulation,intelligentized demonstration,convenient overhaul and so on.The practice proved that on the hoist electric controlled system with the frequency conversion transformation energy saving result is obvious greatly.It has the very high application value.
