摘  要:采用有限元软件,针对万能孔型轧制重轨UR-ER两机架间连轧变形过程进行模拟,研究万能轧机各道次的应力分布规律和万能轧机速度不平衡率与机架间张力变化的关系,因速度不平衡率引起的万能轧机UR1和压边轧机ER两个机架间的张力变化规律,为合理制定压下规程、轧制速度,提高钢轨的精度提供了理论基础.The continuous rolling deformation of heavy rail in universal pass UR-ER was simulated and researched by using finite element software.The stress distribution rules of different pass of universal mill during continuous rolling process and the relation of the imbalance rate of universal mill velocity to the dimension variation of frame tension were analyzed,for the unbalance factors of the speed caused the change of the tension between rolling mill UR1 and pressure edge mill ER.It may provide theoretical references for formulating a reasonable process schedule and rolling speed,and for improving the precision of the rail.
