包头市2009～2011年各年龄段体检人群健康状况分析

摘　　要：目的掌握包头市人群的健康状况,主要病种及发病率,为有针对性地防治相关疾病提供科学依据。方法询问受检者既往史及家族史,统一填写体检表格,对2009～2011年内在一附院体检所有人群进行物理体检了解个人工作、生活作息、嗜好,体检项目包括常规体格检查及血、尿常规,肝功能,肾功能,空腹血糖,血清总胆固醇,三酰甘油,高密度脂蛋白,低密度脂蛋白,为包头市人群的健康资料提供依据。结果发病率居前3位的是血脂升高(11.82%),肝功能异常(5.74%),糖尿病(2.47%)。结论定期开展体检,做到早预防、早治疗,降低职工常见病发病率,可提高职工健康水平。Objective To master Baotou population health and the incidence of major diseases,and provid scientific basis and prevented treatment of related diseases.Method To ask the subjects past history and family history and fill in physical examination form.All people in Baotou City from 2009 to 2011 were all given Physical examination to understand personal work,lifestyle,hobbies,physical examination included routine physical examination and routine blood,urine,liver function,kidney function,fasting blood glucose,serum total cholesterol,triglycerides,high density lipoprotein,LDL,which provided the basis for population health information.Results The top three incidence of disease were hyperlipidemia（11.82%）,dysfunction of liver（5.74%）,diabetes（2.47%）.Conclusion Medical examinations carry out regularly,early prevention,early treatment can improve health of workers and reduced the common discase incidence of workers so.
