摘　　要：在发展中国家的研究显示:抗菌药物使用率高,不合理使用、抗菌药物自我药疗普遍,患者和社区居民缺乏正确使用抗菌药物的知识。因此改变抗菌药物的不合理使用和明确干预效果仍有大量工作要做。Studies in developing countries demonstrate that high rate of antibiotics use,unreasonable use,widespread self-medication of antibiotics,patients and community residents lack knowledge of proper use of antibiotics in developing countries.So many measurements should be taken to change the irrational use of antibiotics and a clear intervention effect remains to be done.
