摘 要:目的探讨温度对三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液含量的影响。方法采取高温破坏性试验,用药典规定的紫外分光光度法测定含量。结果找出了温度对三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液含量的影响,该产品在高温条件下存放时,温度越高含量下降越明显。结论为三磷酸腺苷二钠注射液的生产、储存及运输过程中怎样保证质量稳定提供了切实可行的建议和方法。Objective To explore the influence of temperature on the content of Adenosine Triphosphate Disodium Injection.Methods The high temperature destructive testing was used,the content was assayed by ultraviolet spectrophotometry with the provisions of the pharmacopoeia.Results The influence of temperature on the content of Adenosine Triphosphate Disodium Injection was finder out,when the product was stored in the high temperature condition,the higher temperature,the more obvious decrease of the content.Conclusion This search supply the feasible suggestion and method for the production,store and how to assure storage and transportation of how to ensure the quality stability of Adenosine Triphosphate Disodium Injection.
