摘  要:采用水溶液聚合的方法合成了聚丙烯酸阴离子型高吸水性树脂,以丙烯酸为单体、氢氧化钠为中和试剂,加入一定量的引发剂和交联剂,在适当的温度下恒温聚合反应,得到了吸水倍率达500倍的高吸水性树脂。研究了引发剂用量、单体浓度、中和度、交联剂对树脂吸水倍率的影响。Aqueous solution polymerization was adopted to synthesize polyacrylic acid anion super absorbent resin. The super absorbent resin with absorption amount of 500 g-1 was obtained through constant temperature polymerization with acrylic acid as monomer, sodium hydroxide as neutralizing agent, and with certain quantity of initiator and cross-linking agent. The relationships between the absorption amount of super absorbent resin and initiator amount, monomer concentration, degree of neutralization, and cross-linking agent were studied.
