摘　　要：该文设计和实现了一种在市政、规划及测绘、国土资源、环保等行业领域,可以部署在移动设备上供野外现场巡检使用的地理信息系统。移动巡检地理信息系统是常规地理信息系统的一个扩展,它还包括服务端和客户终端两部分。移动巡检地理系统的终端可安装在移动设备上,它将获取的地理信息和业务数据以地理标识语言格式保存,并展现在地图上,提供可视化的地理对象巡检操作。同时,可借助GPS精确定位和图像采集设备保存现场巡检结果图像。This design and implementation of a municipal,planning and mapping,land resources,environmental protection and other industries,can be deployed on mobile devices used for reference for field inspection of the geographic information system（GIS）.Mobile inspection geographic information system is an extension of the conventional system,the mobile inspection GIS includes the server and the client terminal.Mobile inspection terminal geographic information system can be installed on mobile devices,it will get the geographic information and business data to geographic markup language（GML） format and displayed in the map,providing visual inspection of the geographical object operation.At the same time,it can make use of GPS precise positioning and image acquisition devices for saving on-site inspection result image.
