摘　　要：新制度经济学的兴起为寻求经济发展的源泉提供了更加广阔的平台，而有关制度与经济发展之间关系的现有成果仍然需要进一步的思考。通过对国内外实证文献的梳理，旨在厘清现有研究的共性及差异，并挖掘更深层次的探索空间。研究表明，现有实证文献在制度的量化、工具变量的选择及GDP指标的使用上存在改良的可能。The rise of the New Institutional Economics has provided a broader platform to find the source of economic development, but the existing results of relationship between related institutions and economic development still need further thought： Through reviewed the empirical literature, this paper aimed to clarify the similarities and differences on the existing research, and to seek a deeper exploration space. The results showed that, there was a improving possibility about the measures of institutions, the choice of instrumental variables and the use of GDP indicators in the existing empirical literature.
