Runx3蛋白在大肠癌中的表达及其与临床化疗疗效关系探讨

摘　　要：目的探讨Runx3蛋白表达与大肠癌发生、发展以及临床病理特征之间的关系。方法采用免疫组化方法,检测20例正常大肠黏膜组织、40例大肠黏膜不典型增生组织和108例大肠腺癌组织中Runx3蛋白。收集108例大肠癌患者的临床信息,分析不同Runx3表达强度的患者。结果 Runx3蛋白在大肠癌中阳性表达率为44.4%,明显低于大肠黏膜不典型增生组织70%及正常大肠黏膜组织95%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Runx3蛋白的表达与大肠癌组织病理分级、浸润深度、淋巴结转移,临床分期有关,与患者的年龄、性别及无关。结论 Runx3蛋白可能在大肠癌的发生、发展中发挥重要的作用。Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of Runx3 protein and the pathogenesis, development and clinicopathological features of colon carcinoma. Method The expression of Runx3 protein was evaluated by immunohistochemical study in 108 cases of colon carcinomas, 40 cases of atypical hyperplasia and 20 cases of normal colon mucosa. The relation between the staining pattem and clinicopathogical features was examined. Results The positive rate of Runx3 protein in colon carcinoma is 44.4%, significantlylower than the rate in colon atypical hyperplasia tissue（70%） and normal colon mucosa（95%）, with statistically sig- nificant difference （P〈0.05）; The expression of Rtmx3 protein was related to tumor differentiation, invasive depth, TNM stages and lympynode metastasis, but has no relationship with age, sex and site. Conclusion Runx3 pro- tein may play an important role in the occurrence and development of colon carcinoma.
