外用胰岛素在高血糖鼻咽癌放射性皮炎治疗中的应用

摘　　要：目的探讨外用胰岛素治疗高血糖鼻咽癌放射性皮炎的临床效果。方法 23例高血糖鼻炎癌病人,颈部两侧放射性皮炎创面共46个,颈部左侧为实验组,右侧为对照组,进行自身对照,对照组创面用1∶5000呋喃西林湿敷治疗,实验组结合外用胰岛素湿敷创面治疗,观察两组病人创面愈合情况。结果实验组和对照组显效数分别为41例和29例,一般数分别为5例和7例,实验组显效率明显高于对照组(P=0.003)。结论外用胰岛素治疗高血糖鼻咽癌放射性皮炎安全、有效,值得临床推广。Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of insulin in external treatment of radioactive dermatitis in nasopharyngeal cancer patients with hyperglycemia.Method There were 46 radioactive dermatitis wounds at neck in 23 nasopharyngeal cancer patients with hyperglycemia.The right side of neck was control group,which received wet compress Furacilin with 1：5000 ratio.The other side was received wet compress insulin with routine therapy considered as experimental group.Cicatrization was observed.Results The significance cases of experiment group and control group were 41 and 29,the ordinary cases were 5 and 7,respectively.The efficiency rate of experiment group was higher than control group（P=0.003）.Conclusion External use of insulin in treatment of radioactive dermatitis in nasopharyngeal cancer patients with hyperglycemia was safe and effective.
