血清碱性成纤维细胞生长因子（bFGF）及热休克蛋白47（HSP47）水平与房颤发病的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的：通过测定房颤患者血清bFGF及HSP47水平与房颤的相关性研究，探讨血清bFGF及HSP47水平在早期房颤患者中的作用及意义。方法：用酶联免疫法检测40例房颤患者的血清bFGF及HSP47的含量，其中持续性房颤及阵发性房颤各20例，另外选取20例窦性心律的健康者作为对照组，结果采用SPSS17．0软件进行统计学处理。结果：持续房颤组及阵发房颤组的血清bFGF及HSP47水平明显高于健康对照组（69．78±23．52μg／m3V828．05±2．41ng／mlvsl5．87±4．25ng／ml，150．3±29．10ng／mlVS109．23±8．18ng／mlvs64．42±18．65ng／ml，P〈0．01），且持续性房颤患者体内的血清bFGF及HSP47水平明显高于阵发性房颤组（69．78±23．52vs28．05±2．41，150．34±29．10vsl09．23±8．18，P〈0．01）。结论：房颤患者血清bFGF及HSP47水平上调且明显高于健康对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01），bFGF及HSP47在房颤的发生和维持过程中可能发挥重要作用。Objective： To assay and explore the role and significance of serum bFGF and HSP47 levels in patients of the early determination of atrial fibrillation. Methods： according ELISA to detect the serum levels of bFGF and HSP47 in 40 cases of patients with atrial fibrillation, both paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and persistent atrial fibrillation are 20 cases, select the other 20 cases of sinus rhythm in healthy persons as control group ,the results were analysised by the SPSS17.0 software. Results： The serum levels of bFGF and HSP47 in AF group was significantly higher than the healthy control group （69.78 ± 23.52 ng/ml vs 28.05 ± 2.41 ng/ml vs15.87 ± 4.25 ng/ml , 150.34 ±29.10 ng/ml vs 109.23± 8.18 ng/ml vs64.42 ± 18.65 ng/ml,P 〈 0.01） , and the serum levels of bFGF and HSP47 in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation were significantly higher than the paroxysmal AF group （69.78± 23.52 vs28.05 ± 2.41,150.34± 29.10vs109.23 ± 8.18,P 〈 0.01） . Conclusions： The serum levels of bFGF and HSP47 in patients with atrial fibrillation are significantly higher than in healthy controls group, a statistically significant difference （ P 〈0.01）, bFGF and HSP47 levels may play an important role in the occurring of atrial fibrillation and maintenance of the process.
