摘　　要：药品作为治疗疾病、预防疾病的特殊商品，其良好的管理制度是非常重要的。近年来，人民“看病难，看病贵”的问题成为社会焦点，我国政府高度重视此问题，制定了一系列措施和法律法规来缓解这个问题，确保药品质量和合理用药规则，切实减轻人们群众的负担。本文将针对基层医疗机构的药事管理与合理用药问题进行探讨分析，旨在保障我国人民的身体健康，缓解社会矛盾，促进和谐社会的建设。Drug treatment of diseases, prevention of disease as a special commodity, its good management system is very important. In recent years, people＇s＂ medical treatment is difficult, expensive＂ problem has become the focus of the society, the Chinese government attaches great importance to this problem, formulated a series of measures and legal regulations to alleviate this problem, to ensure the quality of drugs and rational drug use rules, to hghten the people＇s burden. This article will focus on the basic medi cal institutions of the discipline of pharmacy administration and rational use of drug problems were analyzed, in order to guarantee the people＇s health in China, ease social conflicts, promoting the building of a harmonious society
