568例呼吸内科住院患者抗菌类药物使用情况分析

摘　　要：目的：研究和分析我院呼吸内科在抗菌药物方面的使用情况，提出合理化的使用和管理方案。方法：对我院568例患者病历资料进行回顾性调杏研究，掌握抗菌类药物使用情况。结果：我院呼吸内科门诊在治疗患者感染疾病时，对抗菌类药物的使用率接近100％，主要的抗菌类药物有：头孢菌素类、青霉素类、喹诺酮类等。结论：需要进一步加强对抗菌类药物的管理，应针对患者状况制定合理化的用药方案。Objective： To study and analysis the Respiratory Medicine in the use of antibacterial drugs in our hospital, and proposed the rational program of use and management. Methods： Make a retrnspective study of 568 patients of the hospital medical records, to master the usage of antimicrobial agents. Results： The hospital respiratory medicine clinic in the treatment of patients infected with the disease, against fungus drug utilization rate close to 100%, the main antibacterial drugs come to cephalosporin, penicillin and quinolones. Conclusion： The need to further strengthen the fight against fungus drug management, rationalization of drug regimens should be developed for the patient＇s condition.
