采用化学烧灼法复制豚鼠口腔溃疡模型的效果评价及体会

摘　　要：目的本文就在实验过程中遇到的问题，造模效果及一些经验体会做一报道，为其他工作者提供参考。方法采用化学烧灼法复制豚鼠口腔溃疡模型。结果造模24h后，豚鼠口腔颊粘膜被烧灼区形成溃疡，周围组织明显红肿隆起，粘膜表面粗糙不平，有黄色假膜。结论该法简便易行，可操作性强，但如不严格控制实验条件，所形成的粘膜损伤不稳定，会给实验结果带来很大的误差。Objective To provide reference for other researchers, report the problem in the experimental process, effect evaluation and experience. Methods Use chemical inustion to copy oral ulcer model of Guinea Pig. Results Making model, 24h later at the damaged area there was ulcer forming, surrounding tissues was red swelling and uplifted ,mucosal surface was rough and covered by yellow pseudomembrane. Conclusion This method is simple,easy to operate ,but if experimentat condition is not controlled strictly ,the mucosal iniurv is unstable.leading to experimental error.
