摘　　要：通过对目前西安地区畅销中小套型住宅设计的分析,总结出西安地区中小套型住宅在室内空间设置、布局,以及各功能空间尺度方面的特点及发展趋势,通过对实例的分析,指出目前西安中小套型住宅存在的设计问题。Based on the analysis of current Xian popular small-scale housing design,which can realize the characteristics and development trend of Xian area small-scale residential house at the aspects of indoor set space、layout、the functional、space scales.Through the analysis of examples at present,it can be found the existing problems of Xian small-scale residential,in hopes of the future housing design a reference.
