欣母沛联合宫腔水囊压迫治疗前置胎盘剖宫产术中产后出血70例

摘　　要：目的观察欣母沛联合水囊宫腔压迫在减少剖宫产术中产后出血的作用。方法回顾性分析2003年1月～2009年6月延边妇幼保健院行剖宫产的前置胎盘患者70例。结果 25例中央型前置胎盘出血量1000～1700mL,部分性前置胎盘45例出血量达700～900mL,用此方法处理均获成功救治。结论应用欣母沛联合水囊宫腔压迫不仅能减少前置胎盘剖宫产术中出血量,而且使术后24h出血量也明显减少。Objective To study the treatment of effect of hemabate conbined with intrauterine balloon for postpartum haemorrhage hapenning during the opration of cesarean section. Methods Looked into 70 cases of postpartum haemorrhage that received treatment in Yanbian Women and Children＇s Hospitail during the period from January 2003 to January 2009. Results Out of the total inpatient cases of the hospital,there were 25 cases of complete privia postpatum haemorrhage volume from 1 000 to 1 700 mL,45 cases of pastial placenta praevia haemorrhage volume from 700-900 mL.The inpatiens treated by this way succesfully. Conclusion Postpartum haemorrhage treated with hemabate and intrauterine balloon section not only decrease bleeding during the opration of cesarean, but decrease bleeding after opration.
