摘　　要：为了满足不同用户的居住需要,建筑行业进行了技术改革以调整施工方案,对现有的房屋建筑结构添加了相应的框架结构作为支撑,不断更新房屋建筑的使用方案。针对这些,文章重点研究了房屋建筑中套建增层框架结构的设计与施工问题,从而倡导在建筑行业引进预应力钢骨混凝土框架套建增层操作技术。In order to meet the housing needs of different users, the construction industry to technological change to adjust the construction plan, the housing construction on the existing structure to add a frame structure as support, and constantly update the use of the program of housing construction. In response to these, the article focuses on housing construction the Jianzeng frame structure design and construction issues, to promote the framework of the introduction of prestressed reinforced concrete in the construction industry to build additional layer manipulation techniques.
