窄谱中波紫外线联合郁金银屑片治疗寻常型银屑病

摘　　要：目的探讨窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)联合郁金银屑片治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效与安全性。方法将入选的96例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为观察组与对照组各48例。对照组予NB-UVB照射治疗,每周3次;观察组在此基础上口服郁金银屑片5片,每日3次。疗程均为8周。观察两组的PASI评分、疗效及不良反应情况。结果治疗4周后,观察组与对照组PASI评分分别为(4.13±2.32)、(6.35±3.14),临床有效率分别为62.5%、39.6%(P<0.05)。治疗8周后,观察组与对照组PASI评分分别为(2.06±1.20)、(3.58±1.67),临床有效率分别为87.5%、68.8%(P<0.05)。不同时间点PASI评分进行方差分析显示,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。两组患者不良反应少且轻微。结论 NB-UVB联合郁金银屑片治疗寻常型银屑病疗效高,安全性好。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of yujinyinxie tablet and narrow-band ultraviolet B（NB-UVB） for treatment of psoriasis vulgaris. Methods All of 96 patients with psoriasis vulgaris were randomly divided into observa- tion group and control group with each of 48 cases. The control group were treated with NB-UVB irradiation,3 times/week. On the basis of this, the observation group were treated with yujinyinxie tablets in addition. The course was 8 weeks. PASI score, efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results After 4 weeks of treatment, the PASI scores of the observation group and control group were （4.13 ± 2.32） and （6.35 ± 3.14） respectively, and clinical efficacy was 62.5% and 39.6%, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. After 8 weeks of treatment, the PASI scores were （2.06 ±1.20） and （3.58±1.67）, respectively, and clinical efficacy was 87.5% and 68.8%, respectively （P 〈 0.05）. PASI score at different time points were statistically significant by analysis of variance （P 〈 0.01）. The adverse reactions in both two groups were few and mild. Conclusion NB-UVB combined with yujinyinxie tablet is effective and safe in the treatment of psoriasis vulgari.
