摘　　要：目的评价复方茯苓汤联合派瑞松治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法 160例慢性湿疹患者分成观察组和对照组各80例。对照组采用派瑞松治疗;观察组采用复方茯苓汤联合派瑞松治疗。结果观察组总有效率(91.25%)优于对照组(68.75%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论复方茯苓汤联合派瑞松治疗慢性湿疹患者疗效可靠。Objective To evaluate the efficacy of composite pora decoction combined Perisone treatment on chronic eczema. Methods All 160 patients with chronic eczema were divided into observation group given composite pora decoction combined Perisone treatment and control group given Perisone treatment. Results The total efficiency in observation group was higher than that in control group （91.25%, 68.75%）, and there was significant difference （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusion It＇s good efficacy that composite pora decoction combined Perisone treatment on chronic eczema.
