钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石80例围术期护理干预效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石围术期护理干预效果及临床意义。方法将160例钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石患者随机分为干预组和对照组各80例,对照组给予随机对症的常规护理,干预组于术前、术中及术后给予围术期的护理干预。结果两组患者手术均顺利完成。干预组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,干预组拔管所需时间、术后VAS评分、术后肛门排气时间、住院时间及术后并发症均明显少于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论围术期护理干预能明显改善应用钬激光碎石术治疗输尿管结石的患者心理状况,提高护理满意度,缩短住院时间,减少术后并发症的发生,促进疾病的恢复,值得推广和应用。Objective To observe nursing intervention and clinical significance for the holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral stones 80 cases of perioperative. Methods All 160 cases of holmium laser lithotripsy for ureteral stones were randomized into intervention and control groups of 80 patients,and the control group was given a symptomatic routine care, the intervention group was given the perioperative nursing intervention. Results Two group patients were operated successfully. Intervention group was significantly higher satisfaction with care, the intervention group extubation time, postoperative VAS score, postoperative anal exhaust time, hospital stay and postoperative complications were significantly less than the control group, and there was a significant difference （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can significantly improve the application of holmium laser lithotripsy of ureteral calculi in patients with psychological conditions, to improve nursing satisfaction, shorter hospital stay, reduced postoperative complications, promote recovery of the disease, should be promoted and applied.
