综合护理干预对老年腹部术后深静脉血栓形成的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨护理干预在预防老年腹部手术后深静脉血栓形成的应用效果。方法将2007年4月～2010年6月在我院住院治疗的老年腹部手术患者204例随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各102例；对照组采用一般护理方法，观察组采用综合护理干预方法进行护理，比较两组下肢深静脉血栓的发生率。结果观察组术后深静脉血栓发生率明显低于对照组。结论综合护理干预可明显降低老年术后深静脉血栓的发生。Objective To study the comprehensive nursing on lower extremity deep venous Thrombosis in post-operative for old patients. Methods All of 204 cases treated in our hospital from 2007 April to 2010 June were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 102 cases in each group. The control group underwent the routine nursing and the observation group underwent the comprehensive nursing. The incidences of thrombosis in veins of lower extremities were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention can obviously decrease the incidence of lower extremity deep venous thrombosis in post-operative for old patients.
