来曲唑在不孕症妇女促排卵中的应用进展

摘　　要：既往来曲唑(Letrozole,LE)主要用于治疗乳腺癌,近年来其广泛用于临床促排卵。目前来曲唑主要用于以下几个方面:(1)用于多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)患者中对克罗米芬抵抗(CC-resistance)者的临床促排卵;(2)用于控制性超促排卵过程中(COH)卵巢低反应患者,减少外源性促性腺激素用量,降低治疗费用,减轻患者经济负担;(3)用于乳腺癌患者的临床促排卵治疗。本文从来曲唑临床促排卵的作用机制、特点及来曲唑在促排卵治疗中的应用等方面对来曲唑进行综述。来曲唑可能成为新一代一线促排卵药物。Letrozole is the third-generation aromatase inhibitor and it is mainly applied in the treatment for menopausal women with breast cancer.Recent studies showed that letrozole is an effective drug for clinical ovulation induction.Currently,letrozole is mainly applied in the following several aspects：first,applied in clinical ovulation induction for patients with CC-resistance in polycystic ovarian syndrome;secondly,applied in poor ovarian responders in IVF cycles to improve the pregnancy outcomes and reduce the gonadotropin dosages as well as treatment cost;thirdly,applied in ovulation induction for patients with cancer especially breast cancer without apparent teratogenic effects for fetus.This text elaborates the characteristic and mechanism of letrozole in clinical ovulation and its application in ovulation induction treatment.Letrozole may be a new first-line drug for ovulation induction.
