摘 要:研究者针对新型旋风除尘器的特点 ,推导出了计算环流式旋风除尘器内筒分级效率的数学模型 ,并与L -L横混模型相结合 ,把环流式旋风除尘器看作部分环流的两个常规旋风除尘器的串联 ,进行其分离效率的研究。理论计算与实验结果的比较表明 ,该数学模型基本反映了新型环流式旋风除尘器内粒子流动。The structure of the double cylinder cyclone and within fluid flowing is analyzed. The mathematical model of grade collection efficiency in the first separation region is deduced. Grade collection efficiency in the second separation region is calculated by using the Leith Licht model. The total collection efficiency formula of double cylinder cyclone is given in reference to the result of dust size profile. The pressure drop and separation efficiency of the double cylinder cyclone and B type high effect are measured. The result shows that the experimental value of efficiency agrees with value calculation. The industrial scale up for double cylinder cyclone is carried out. It is shown that the double cylinder cyclone still has the advantages of lower energy cost and higher separation efficiency separation.
