摘 要:目的探讨动态增强磁共振检查对正常肾实质血流灌注评价的作用。方法健康大白兔9只,行肾脏动态增强MR检查,测量各肾皮质及髓质的信号强度,绘出其平均信号强度-时间曲线,记录皮质、髓质的平均峰值(P)及峰值/达峰时间比(P/T)。结果肾脏的灌注曲线(SI-T曲线)稳定,获得的血流灌注参数(Pc,Pm,Pc/Tc,Pm/Tm)具有一定规律,MR动态增强可反映出肾实质的血流动力学状态。结论动态增强MR能够反映肾脏血流灌注的变化,为兔肾血流动力学研究提供新的无创性手段。Objective To evaluate the renal blood perfusion in the healthy rabbits with dynamic contrast-enhanced MR technology.Methods Dynamic contrast-enhanced MR was performed in 9 healthy rabbits to obtain the mean signal intensity-time curves of both cortex and medulla of each kidney.Mean peak intensity value(P) and the P/Time to peak ratio at the cortex and medulla(Pc,Pm,Pc/Tc,Pm/Tm)of each kidney were measured.Results The renal perfusion curves(signal intensity time curve,SI-T curve)were stabl,and regularity was revealed in the blood perfusion parameters(Pc、Pm、Pc/Tc、Pm/Tm).The renal hemodynamic information could be obtained with dynamic contrast-enhanced MR technology.Conclusion Dynamic contrast-enhanced MR scan can be used to assess the change of renal blood perfusion and provide new imaging methods for measuring the renal hemodynamics in healthy rabbits.
