摘 要:目的探讨分析纳米银骨水泥和单纯骨水泥在抗压强度、抗弯模量、抗弯强度、抗拉强度、抗剪强度方面的力学参数。方法分别进行压缩试验测抗压强度、弯曲试验测抗弯模量和抗弯强度、拉伸试验测抗拉强度、剪切试验测抗剪强度,每项试验分4个实验组,分别为单纯骨水泥组、纳米银质量分数0.1%骨水泥组、纳米银质量分数0.5%骨水泥组、纳米银质量分数1%骨水泥组,每组5个试件。使用万能力学机进行试验。结果纳米银骨水泥的各项参数比单纯骨水泥均有提高,除抗压强度和0.1%质量分数纳米银骨水泥弯曲模量的提高没有统计学意义外,其他所测参数的提高均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论质量分数不超过1%纳米银骨水泥抗压强度、抗弯模量、抗弯强度、抗拉强度、抗剪强度的力学性能均不低于纯骨水泥,可以达到临床使用的要求。Objective To evaluate the mechanical properties of nano-silver bone cement and pure bone cement through experimental analysis of compressive strength,bending strength,bending modulus,tensile strength and shear strength.Methods The compressive strength,bending modulus,bending strength,tensile strength and shear strength were investigated respectively.Then different kinds of specimens were respectively performed and grouped into 4 groups,which were controlled 0.1%,0.5%,1.0% according to the different concentration of nano-silver in bone cement.Results All the properties investigated here of nano-silver bone cement improve.All improvement of mechanical properties of nano-silver bone cement were statistical difference except compressive strength and bending modulus of 0.1% nano-silver bone cement.Conclusion The mechanical properties investigate here are suitable for clinical use at the concentration of 1.0% in weight or lower.
