加压SBR法处理淀粉废水的研究

摘　　要：用加压 ＳＢＲ法处理淀粉工业废水，进水ＣＯＤ_（ｃｒ）浓度为 ３ ５００～４２００ｍｇ／Ｌ， ＨＲＴ为 ８～１２ ｈ，Ｆｖ为 ４～８ ＫｇＣＯＤ／ｍ~３·ｄ，ＣＯＤ_（ｃｒ）去除率达９４％～９６．７％，出水ＣＯＤ_（ｃｒ）＜１５０ｍｇ／Ｌ，与普通ＳＢＲ法相比该方法生化反应 速度快，更耐负荷冲击．The wastewater of starch industry was heated by using the pressure-increased SBR method. The concentration of COD form the running- in water was 3500 to 4200 mg/L, HRT was eight to twelve hours, and FV was 4 to 8 kgCOD/m^3.The removal of COD was 94% to 96%, and COD form the running- out water was less then 150 mg/L. Comparal with regthar SBR method, this one had prompt biochemical reaction and more persistent tolerance of charge shock.
